Prista® Emulsin MW 638

Description and Application

Prista® Emulsin MW 638 is a water-emulsifiable semi-synthetic metalworking fluid formulated with high quality mineral base oils and a special additive package. The product is free from boron, nitrite, chlorine and formaldehyde donors and is suitable for grinding and general machining of cast iron, alloyed and plain carbon steel. It is also suitable for light machining of many aluminium alloys from the 2000, 5000, 6000 and 7000 series. Recommended for preparing working solutions with water hardness between 10 and 30°dH.
